Squats in the simulator in the supine position — technique exercises:
- Adjust the height of the back of the simulator.
- Sit in a simulator so that her knees were bent, and thigh parallel to the platform. Select the desired weight. Make sure your knees do not go beyond the line of the feet. The angle between thigh and calf should be slightly less than 90 degrees. Back pressed to the simulator head. Shoulders rested in the stand.
- Join hands for the handles, place your feet on the platform shoulder width apart. Socks slightly outward. This will be your initial position.
- On the exhale, push the platform toes of the feet, raising the torso up by the force of the quads. Hold this position for a few seconds.
- On the inhale slowly lower down. Do not occupy initial position, finish the movement when the thighs will be parallel with the platform. Knees should be bent at a 90 degree angle.
- Complete the required number of repetitions.
Note: keep your back and head pressed to the bench simulator for the overall exercise.
Variations: you can vary the distance between the feet on the platform.
