Every day a person loses about 100-150 hairs – obsolete ones give way to new ones. In spring and autumn, this process often intensifies, which is also considered normal. A balanced diet is also needed – omega-3, iron, magnesium, zinc, vitamins E, C and group B, as well as a sufficient amount of protein are especially important. You will also need funds aimed at improving the scalp, nourishing the hair follicles and keeping them in good shape.
The main players here are masks, leave-in sprays and lotions for the scalp, as well as special ampoule concentrates for rubbing. In their composition, you should look for the following components: minoxedil and aminexil, biotin, B vitamins and vitamin C, caffeine, nettle, burdock and oat extracts, as well as components that warm and increase blood circulation like camphor, menthol and even burning plants like pepper or ginger.
Washing your hair also needs to be done correctly, and perhaps the approach to this simple ritual will need to be reconsidered. It is worth paying attention to the temperature of the water in the shower – it should be pleasantly warm, not hot.
After applying the shampoo and lathering it, you should carefully massage the scalp with circular movements of your fingers, this will not only help to cleanse it better, but also improve blood circulation, which is necessary for healthy hair.
Shampoo should be selected according to the type of skin, not hair: if it is oily, you need a shampoo for oily skin, sensitive – soft. Many manufacturers also produce special anti-hair loss shampoos – if this type of skin is not indicated, it is intended for anyone.
Finally, drinking enough water, trying to be outdoors and being physically active, getting enough sleep and keeping bad habits under control – all this can make a beneficial contribution to the fact that the hair is eared, and not bashfully left our hot heads.
