Description:
The hat is 5-15 (20) cm in diameter, hemispherical, cushion-shaped, dry, matte, velvety, later smooth, chestnut-brown, red-brown, black-brown, with a light edge, darkens when pressed.
The tubular layer is yellow-olive, later red-orange, turns blue when pressed.
The spore powder is olive brown.
Leg 5-10 cm long and 2-3 cm in diameter, tuberous, barrel-shaped, later thickened towards the base, yellow-red with spotted small dark red scales, specks, solid or made.
The flesh is dense, fleshy, bright yellow, reddish in the leg, quickly turns blue on the cut.

Dubovik speckled grows in August-September (in the south – from the end of May) in deciduous and coniferous (with spruce) forests, rarely in the middle lane
Evaluation:
Dubovik speckled – edible (2 categories) or conditionally edible mushroom (boiling for about 15 minutes).
