If you care about your fitness and shapely figure, your training plan should not lack the right supplements. Why? They facilitate the way to the goal, because they contain fat burners and mobilize the body to increase muscle tissue (in the case of mass supplements). In addition, you do not need a prescription for them and they are legal because they do not contain harmful substances that can disrupt the hormonal balance. No wonder they are especially popular among athletes!
- Conditioners on muscle mass – when exercising, it is worth taking creatine, which, although it is naturally produced in the body, taking it in the form of a supplement increases endurance and stimulates the body to act. It supports the growth of muscle tissue – so its function is not to reduce body weight. Unfortunately, too much creatine has negative effects: stomach pains, diarrhea, weight gain and muscle cramps. Therefore, you must not overuse creatine – you should take it after exercise in the gym. Most often it is in the form of a soluble powder. This substance can cause dehydration, so you should also drink plenty of water during its use. It is contraindicated for persons under 18 years of age and suffering from kidney diseases. In addition to creatine, sports nutrition also contains glutamine or protein. Their function is to provide building blocks for muscles.
- Active fat burners – intended for athletes, in order to increase the efficiency of the body. The most common ingredients in them include siferin, which stimulates the body in a similar way to caffeine. It increases energy levels and speeds up metabolism, thanks to which calories are burned faster and appetite is reduced. It very rarely causes side effects, but only if we use it as directed. In addition to siferin, this type of supplement also contains the already mentioned caffeine. Both substances must be used in moderation – too much can cause hand tremors, heart palpitations, and blood pressure spikes. If you want to burn fat, also bet on tablets containing chromium. You can take it in the form of supplements, as well as in its natural form, as it is found in asparagus, coarse bread, seafood and groats. Too much chromium taken in the form of tablets can end up with insomnia, irritability, headaches and weight gain with intense physical exertion.
Remember, however, that no pills and supplements will not burn fat or increase muscle mass on their own. Each booster taken should be accompanied by an appropriate, high-protein and low-fat diet, as well as intense physical activity. Supplements have only a supporting function and only in this way can you see the effects of their operation.
