“Sports” liposculpture: what is important to know about it
Ilya Sergeev spoke about the peculiarities of the Wday.ru technique, which is popular in plastic surgery.
Plastic surgeon, leading Russian specialist in the field of breast plastic surgery, chief plastic surgeon of the Moscow region, founder of the School of mammoplasty prof. Sergeeva and the host of the Russian center for breast and body plastic surgery at the DOCTORPLASTIC clinic
Liposuction and lipostructuring: what are the differences
Liposuction – plastic surgery, which allows you to remove excess fat deposits of problem areas. Many are attracted by the opportunity to get a slender waist, a flat stomach, a beautiful hip line. It is especially pleasant that, having eliminated folds and rolls of fat, you can forget about them forever (in this place they will no longer appear).
Liposuction can provide good correction of the back, waist, hips, abdomen and buttocks. Less commonly, liposuction of the legs, shoulders and knees is performed. During the operation, you can not only remove ugly rolls of fat, but also achieve a more beautiful slender and harmonious figure.
Lipomodeling (liposculpture) – an operation that allows not only to remove adipose tissue, but also to move it from one zone to another. So you can model the figure, making it more proportionate and proportional.
The task of the operation: to achieve an ideal figure by changing the volume and lines of the body. Simply put, you can remove fat where there is too much of it and transplant it where your figure lacks roundness. For example, you can remove fatty deposits from your abdomen or waist and use those tissues to enlarge your buttocks or breasts.
Lipomodelling can be used to:
flat, athletic belly;
a beautiful line of the hips;
graceful waist;
breast, 1-1,5 sizes larger, but at the same time its own, natural, without implants;
seductive “Brazilian” ass.
Rehabilitation
Compression garments must be worn for several weeks after the operation. Discomfort may be felt during the first few days. Usually, the patient is concerned about bruising and swelling at the sites of the operation. If the buttocks are augmented, you cannot sit for several weeks. As with any operation, during the entire recovery period, you must refrain from physical activity, going to the sauna, smoking and drinking. The final result can be assessed 6 months after the operation.
“Sports belly”: what is this procedure and why is it popular
Nowadays, the lipostructuring technique “sports belly” is at the height of fashion.
Purpose: creation of a beautiful athletic figure with a flat stomach and accentuated muscle relief.
Features:
the surgeon removes adipose tissue unevenly, deeply working out individual zones and lines of the body in order to emphasize the relief of the abdomen and other muscles;
the operation (like liposuction) is performed under general anesthesia;
fat is destroyed with the help of special devices, and then it is sucked out through thin cannula tubes;
carried out without incisions, only tiny puncture marks remain on the skin;
after a 40-minute procedure, you can get a wonderful athletic figure.
Why is liposuction always successful, and the result of lipomodelling is difficult to predict?
The results of adipose tissue grafting cannot always be accurately predicted. The difficulty lies in the fact that it is impossible to say in advance what part of the transplanted fat cells will take root. If, in the case of liposuction, the effect is always known in advance and the fat deposits will definitely go away, then everything here depends on the technique (on which device was used for the fat cell transplant) and on the individual characteristics of the organism. In any case, a significant part of the fat cells is gradually absorbed. Therefore, they are transplanted about twice as many to ensure the desired result.
At the same time, lipomodelling of the breast has a number of limitations associated with the risk of the appearance of fibrous formations in the case of transplanting excessive amounts of fat. But the augmentation of the buttocks by means of adipose tissue transplantation does not have such restrictions.
