It is essential to eat well (but not too much) before a workout and to make the right food choices according to the time of day and the type of sport.
Why eat before exercise
During a physical activity session, the body will draw on its energy resources to find the necessary tone. Eat well therefore helps the body to keep pace during physical exercise.
Some individuals, especially women, who exercise for the purpose of weight loss restrict themselves and even practice with an empty stomach so that the body can draw on its reserves. It’s a mistake, because fatigue, even dizziness can occur. A banana has only 80 calories (which will be burned anyway during physical exertion) and will provide the necessary energy during the sports session.
