Spiral Dynamics describes eight levels: beige, purple, red, blue, orange, green, yellow, and turquoise. Each level is unique, inimitable, and each has its own values. People of every level look, think and act differently. And, of course, they dress in a special distinctive way.

1. Beige level

Main value: survival. People of this level live according to natural instincts. When they are hungry, they eat; when they are in danger, they run away or fight. Representatives of this level can be found in dense tropical forests, in Aboriginal tribes. They do not know what the future, planning, savings or “rainy day” is. Their body tells them what to do. The concept of a family is absent, since there is no need for it.

But “beiges” also live in the civilized world. These are people without a fixed place of residence. At any time of the year, representatives of this level are dressed according to the principle “I carry everything I own”, because their entire wardrobe is always with them.

2. Purple level

Main value: submission to the desires of mystical spirits. For this level, it is important to keep customs, protect sacred places. People show loyalty to elders, clan and traditions. Life is filled with rituals, initiation rites, traditional music and dances. For example, this level is very clearly represented in India. This also includes the clans of modern witches, lovers of the occult sciences.

The concept of a family that lives to maintain customs appears. Great importance is given to pedigree and blood ties.

Remember films about an Indian or Old Slavonic wedding. Every piece of clothing has its own meaning. A wedding is a rite that is strictly performed, all relatives participate in it. What are the girls wearing? Their clothes always emphasize belonging to the clan. They adhere to a specific color scheme that matches their faith. The patterns on the dress are not just decorations, they have a magical connotation. Jewelry also carries a message, they contain the help of spirits.

3. Red level

Main value: take your own, have fun. Life is a springboard for survival, where the strongest will win. People are sure that it is necessary to follow their impulses and sensations. Strength and confidence drive them. They act without ever feeling guilty. Nobody and nothing can stand in their way. The Reds want to get their way, otherwise they are ready to die. They fight the system and don’t respect the rules. A clearly red level was expressed in the 90s in Russia. “Crimson jackets” are bright representatives of this level.

Here they are guided only by personal interests, they are always looking for pleasure, which should not be interfered with by family and children. Girls prefer revealing and seductive outfits: the neckline is deeper and the skirt is shorter. At the head is sexuality, which they willingly demonstrate.

4. Blue level

Main value: to find the meaning of life, to sacrifice yourself for a better future. For this level, it is important to control your impulsiveness, to respond vividly to the emerging feeling of guilt. He sacrifices his desires today for a better future.

Blue level people create strong families where traditions are honored. The husband is the head of the family, and the wife is half of it. They are constantly saving up for something: a new apartment, educating children. The most important thing is the duty to the family, the Motherland and God.

Women dress modestly and inconspicuously. The main guideline when choosing an outfit is practicality. Clothes are bought only when necessary, when the old one wears out. Choosing between buying decorations and frying pans, they will buy a frying pan.

5. Orange level

Main value: to be independent and successful. People here strive for self-realization, the search for material well-being. They use technological progress to improve life. Strive to be the best of the best, play to win. The world is full of opportunities – they are confident in their abilities and intend to contribute to changing it for the better.

Orange level people don’t have time for family. Their life is filled with victories, earning big money, new achievements.

Girls wear expensive branded outfits, no fakes and only the most fashionable. They never appear in public in the same image twice. Image plays an important role.

6. Green level

Main value: unconditional love. Everything on the planet was created for love, all souls are interconnected by invisible threads. For this level, liberation from greed and dogma is important. All the resources of the Earth must be distributed equally. “Greens” care about the ecology of the planet, as well as the ecology of their lives. They prefer natural products, clean air and habitat. For them, not scientific research is important, but the metaphysical reasons for what is happening. This is a new age trend that has its own spiritual bohemia.

In green-level families, equality reigns, everyone has the right to vote. All negative thoughts and actions disappear, one has only to look into the soul of a person. Feelings are subjected to analysis and elaboration. Decisions are made by consensus. These are communes, ecovillages, religious orders and voluntary health care institutions. The girls’ clothes are comfortable, simple, made of natural materials.

7. Yellow level

The main value: belonging to oneself, responsibility to oneself. In life, it is important to become independent within reasonable limits, to know as much as possible, and to care as much as is realistic. Yellow level people have already lived through the previous six levels. They see life as a continuous flow, both chaotic and constant. They want to get a different experience of life on Earth. They gained personal freedom, without prejudice to other people. They are concerned about their impact on the life of the planet.

People of this level understand and communicate freely with representatives of other levels. They think big, not limited by rigid rules imposed from outside. They are open to new knowledge.

The family at this level is created on the principle of equal partnership. Couples can live together or travel apart. There are only a few people of this level on Earth, so there is little information about them.

Girls prefer comfortable and comfortable clothes. For them, the brand does not matter, but quality matters. Following the dress code of the event, they can easily wear a chic evening outfit, but they will be treated as simple clothes, not proof of status.

8. Turquoise level

Main value: life for the benefit of all living beings. For this level, the life of the planet as a whole, the expanded use of the human mind is important. They choose an ascetic way of life, take as much as is enough for life. They see the Universe as a unique game of energy flows and relationships. The basis of the level is the theory of Gaia – a hypothesis that suggests that everything around interacts with living matter, the planet Earth has a mind and is connected with the rest of the “living” planets. This level is far ahead of the similar green level. From the point of view of “turquoise”, there is nothing mystical in mysticism. This fact finally destroys the illusions of “green”.

Teal level people avoid relationships in which someone tries to dominate. They easily go aside and contemplate, and then come back to life with new discoveries. For them, life itself is important, but not their personal life. This level is the least common.

For girls, clothes do not matter, they just should not interfere.

The development of a person goes from level to level, and, according to the “masters of the spiral”, occurs only through a personal crisis. A person must realize himself, his life and decide to change, this cannot be taught, it is impossible to impose or force. And if you marry a girl of a certain level, don’t be under the illusion that you can change her. But remember that everything in this world is subject to change.
