This simple method of harvesting a healthy vegetable for the winter will take a minimum of time and products.
For snacks you will need:
- carrots – 5 pcs .;
- cabbage – 3 kg;
- garlic cloves – 5 pcs.
For the marinade you need:
- Vegetable oil – 120 ml;
- acetic acid – 0,5 cups;
- sugar – 0,5 glass;
- table salt – 50 g;
- peppercorns – 15 pcs.;
- bay leaves – 3 pcs.;
- cloves – 6 pcs.
To begin with, the cabbage must be thinly sliced. To do this, you can use a special device for shredding or a regular knife. As a result of these simple manipulations, a kind of “straw” should be obtained. Carrots need to be washed, peeled and grated on a coarse grater. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. All prepared components should be combined in a three-liter jar, carefully sealed.
