Spice liqueurs: 5 recipes at home

To create fragrant drinks, spices, spices, zest, herbs and grains are used. It is almost impossible to find such products on sale, but any housewife can do it on her own.

The cooking process does not involve complex culinary operations, and the taste of the original liqueurs is gentle and refined, appropriate for any table.

Clove infusion recipe

This drink will complement a gala dinner well and will come in handy for the New Year celebration.

Ingredients

  1. Water – 0,5 L

  2. Vodka – 1,3 l

  3. Lemon peel – 1 g

  4. Sugar – 0,3 kg

  5. Cinnamon hard – 2 g

  6. Carnation – 13 pcs.

Method of preparation

  1. Rinse cinnamon and cloves, let dry, crush slightly, pour into a vessel with vodka.

  2. Grind the zest, throw in alcohol.

  3. Prepare sugar syrup. Without waiting for cooling, slowly introduce vodka into it.

  4. Close the container and let it feed for at least 2-3 weeks.

  5. After insisting, pass the liquor through the filter, pour it into the bottle, without filling it to the very top, and seal it.

  6. Leave to ripen for a period of 3 to 5 weeks and place the drink in small containers.

Recipe for filling on cardamom

Ingredients

  1. Vodka – 1,3 l

  2. Boiled water – 0,5 l

  3. Cardamom – 30 g

  4. Sugar – 0,4 kg

Method of preparation

  1. Pour cardamom into a vessel with vodka, put in heat for 15-20 days.

  2. Prepare sugar syrup, leave to cool.

  3. Pass the tincture through a fabric filter, add to the chilled syrup.

  4. Pour the drink into a fresh bottle, without filling to the top, cork.

  5. Leave to ripen in a warm place for about 25-30 days.

  6. Pass the infusion through the filter, distribute into smaller vessels.

Pouring on lemon zest

The zest to create a drink is taken freshly cut.

Ingredients

  1. Vodka – 1 l

  2. Water – 0,5 L

  3. Lemon zest – 0,3 kg

  4. Sugar – 0,4 kg

Method of preparation

  1. Put the zest in a glass container, pour alcohol, transfer to heat for 3 months.

  2. Prepare sugar syrup.

  3. Drain the lemon infusion, add syrup to it, mix.

  4. Pass the finished product through cotton wool and place in a large bottle.

  5. Seal the neck, transfer the liquor to warm conditions for 1 month.

  6. Drain carefully without shaking and distribute into small vessels.

Cumin Filling

Ingredients

  1. Vodka – 1 l

  2. Water – 0,75 L

  3. Cumin (seeds) – 80 g

  4. Sugar – 0,6 kg

Method of preparation

  1. Pour cumin into vodka, place in heat for 2-3 weeks.

  2. Prepare sugar syrup, add to caraway infusion.

  3. Shake the liquid, gently pass through a multilayer gauze filter.

  4. Distribute the drink in small containers, without filling to the very top, seal the vessels, leave warm for a period of about a month.

  5. Strain again, place in bottles, take out in the cold.

Pouring “Tea”

Sweet syrup is prepared in advance (before adding to the drink), by combining and boiling a mixture of water and sugar (in a ratio of 2: 3). The resulting liquid is cooled and filtered.

Ingredients

  1. Sugar syrup – 3,5 l

  2. Cognac – 700 ml

  3. Dry black tea – 25 g

  4. Citric acid – 5 g

  5. Vanillin – a pinch

Method of preparation

  1. Pour tea into cognac, shake, close, leave for 11-12 days.

  2. Pass the infusion through the filter, add sugar syrup to it, season with vanilla and citric acid.

  3. Gently knead the mixture, pour it into vessels, seal, move to the cold and wait at least 3 months before tasting.
