Support can be tough. «I want 12 steps, string!»

The easiest way to support is at the level of words: by saying a certain phrase, we support people.
It is important to formulate words of support in a positive way: “Do not fall” will work worse than “Hold on!”.
Examples of support in speech
Soft support:
- Approval, praise “You are great!”, “You are a good friend!”, “You are smart and strong. Hold on.» «I admire you. You are doing very well!” «You’re on the right track, keep going, you’re doing great!»
- Listen, share the position, agree, find reasonable in the words of the interlocutor — “Yes, you are right”, “You did everything that was in your power, it remains only to draw conclusions for the future. You’re done» — see Total Yes
- Positive suggestions. “It is clear that you, as a strong man, acted nobly. You did the right thing. The people of our circle of all act honestly!”
Hard support:
- Magic pendal is a variant of hard support. Harsh words (more often imperative mood verbs) against the background of positive intonation: “Pull yourself together, rag!”, “Keep yourself in hand!” (note: you don’t need to say “Pull yourself together”, because this implies that the person has already lost control of himself. And we want to emphasize with our support just the opposite — that he is in control), “Wake up! Do it, I said!
- Motivational text is a variant of hard support. Combination of magic pendels and energizing text (possibly including praise and positive suggestions). It is better if the text contains beautiful slogans and catchy phrases. You need to pronounce such a text loudly, chanting every word and quickly, almost without stopping. It works when you need to promptly support a person, at a time when he is working at the limit of his strength. The action lies in the fact that a tired person is distracted by listening to a beautiful text, shifting the focus of attention from what is difficult for him and continues to do. An example of motivational text — see the video «I want 12 steps, string!»
