This menu is taken from a collection of menus that have been the subject of an independent clinical study by the University Health Center McGill, in Montreal, who tested them for 18 months with people with type 2 diabetes.

This menu is based on the Cretan or Mediterranean diet, uses a maximum of natural foods and respects the recommendations of the competent bodies in terms of food for people with type 2 diabetes.
