To mark the 20th anniversary of the death of the world famous surrealist painter, Bd Barcelona Design has reissued Salvador Dali’s furniture collection in black. Compared to the previous “gold” version, the new Black Label Collection is less shocking and more laconic. Basic materials: tinted linden wood, patinated brass, natural silk and gold leaf. The egg on the Leda table is made of black marble.

According to BD designer Oscar Tusquets, “Based on my experience with the maestro, I feel like this collection will be welcomed and I am absolutely sure Gala would have preferred this version in color.”

Black Label Collection is released in limited edition and includes 105 items – that is how many years the artist would have turned this year.
