Spain already has a Bocuse d’Or cooking academy
The Spanish academy Bocuse d`or is already walking in our country, to promote participation in the competition and the training of new chefs on the national culinary scene.
The prestigious cooking competition has created in our country an association that is chaired by the Chef Martin Berasategui Accompanied in the committee by prestigious chefs from the national and international gastronomic scene.
The Spanish Hospitality Federation (Fehr) has supported this birth and calls on the rest of the institutions of the culinary and gastronomic sector to join this interesting training and competitive project to continue consolidating the image of Spanish gastronomy internationally.
Manufacturers, associations and government bodies now have an interesting opportunity to collaborate in sponsoring the group of chefs who will participate in the next edition of the international cooking competition.
