The diet consists of three basic stages. Its basic assumption is to reduce the amount of carbohydrates and fats consumed. However, it is not your typical low-fat or low-carbohydrate diet. - XNUMXrd stage of the diet: you can already drink alcohol, but let it be wine that improves digestion and has many other health benefits. The assumptions of the third stage should accompany you for the rest of your life. This is the only way to avoid gaining weight again. Prepare meals in the same way as during the first and second stage of the diet, let your body live a healthier life longer.
The first phase of the diet allows the body to get used to the lack of caloric and fattening products. It also allows you to regulate sugar and insulin levels in the body. In the second phase, we slowly add all the necessary ingredients, but slowly – without haste, so as not to spoil the slimming effect obtained.
