“Narine” is a probiotic, which is a mass of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus acidophillus (acidophilic form of lactobacterin). It is used for the prevention and treatment of dysbiosis, as well as its consequences. This product was created in 1964 by scientist L.A. Yerzikyan, who named it after his granddaughter Narine.

The “Narine” sourdough is used to obtain a fermented milk product used for medical nutrition for children and adults.

It is used both as an independent product in the diet of a healthy diet, and together with other drugs for:

  • allergic dermatoses

Fermented milk drink “Narine” can be given to infants from the first days of life. It reduces the burden on the immune system, which is effective for the treatment of diseases. For babies at the age of one month, at each feeding, add 20-30 ml of the product (daily dose – 150-180 ml), gradually increasing the dosage. Children from one to three months receive “Narine” three times a day, 100-120 ml, children from three months – 120-160 ml of the product three to four times a day.

How to make a fermented milk drink “Narine”

To prepare fermented milk drink “Narine” you will need:

  • 1-3 tablespoons of starter culture
  • 1 liter of milk

Store ready-made “Narine” for no more than two days in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4 ° C

Boil milk and chill to 40 ° C. Pour it into a thermos or jar, put in the starter culture and soak for 5-8 hours. After that, the drink must be refrigerated for two hours. The acidity of “Narine” can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the holding time of milk with sourdough. It is advisable to prepare the drink daily.
