Some agreed with the blogger’s arguments, others, those from fans of the Soviet power system, criticized his publication. Say, what could be better than a fatty soup on cold winter days.

By the way, the blogger himself once weighed 152 kilograms. But then he lost 71 kilograms and now gives advice on proper nutrition.

– The statement that soup is obligatory and that you need to eat it every day is a myth. Fresh or minimally cooked vegetables are much healthier for the body, says Vitaliy. Here are his 9 reasons why you should skip soups.

1. Soup consists of many ingredients, so it is rather difficult to accurately calculate the BJU (the ratio of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. – Ed.) And the calorie content of a dish on a plate.

Such soups can develop lazy bowel syndrome when consumed frequently, as many of the enzymes needed for digestion are produced in the mouth during the process of chewing food.

Soups are no different from other ready-made meals, which can also be harmful to the body. It’s all about the preparation. Of course, if fat is floating in the broth, such a soup will not be useful. Therefore, do not fry. Choose lean meats. If you are making chicken soup, skin the poultry. Cook soups with secondary broth – it is less fatty.

As for mashed soups, they are often even more fatty and high-calorie than regular soups. After all, cream is usually added to them. In addition, due to the homogeneous structure of such soups, the stomach does not even need to strain to digest them. But during this process, calories are also wasted. In addition, we eat soft food faster, without even chewing, so we can eat more of it.
