Soufflé Ingredients

Method of preparation

Grind the butter with flour, heat and dilute with boiling milk and sugar. When all this boils well, cool in the cold. Beat the yolks and whites separately into a cool foam, and mix everything with the cooled mass. Grease the leaf with butter, sprinkle with flour. Pour the mass on a sheet, level and place in the oven with medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Cut the finished layer into identical squares and, after smearing them with jam, fold in two. Wipe the whites with powdered sugar until thick and coat the squares with the resulting glaze.
