Ingredients Sorrel Salad

sorrel 200.0 (gram)
mayonnaise 100.0 (gram)
tomato paste 1.0 (table spoon)
sugar 5.0 (gram)
table salt 3.0 (gram)
green onion 2.0 (table spoon)
dill 2.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

Chop the washed sorrel leaves, finely chop the dill, green onions, mix with mayonnaise, add tomato paste, salt, sugar. Mix prepared sorrel with this sauce. Instead of sorrel, you can use spinach, young dandelion leaves. Pour the dandelion with citric acid solution or drizzle with lemon juice before use to reduce bitterness.
