Tip # 1: be patient
Do not try to become a meditation expert, you will progress step by step, learning to meditate takes a little time, be patient !
Begin the practice of meditation slowly, there is no rush.
Start with 2 minutes, then 5, then 10, and so on. Hopefully, just increase a little each week, but start small.
