Softer and lighter: new formats of Vichy Idéal Soleil sunscreens

The most advanced beauty users use sunscreens throughout the year, but in summer the issue of protection against photoaging is especially acute. We are talking about Vichy’s new products this summer – sun protection water in three different formats and a melting emulsion with special Wet Skin technology, which allows you to apply the product on wet skin.

The fact that the skin needs reliable protection from the sun no longer needs to be proved to anyone.

We will not repeat that the sun is our friend (just like air and water), you know about this even without us. But let us recall once again about the risks associated with it. Solar ultraviolet radiation:

The main criteria for choosing a sunscreen, whether it be a cream, milk or spray, were and remain:

  • efficiency;

  • ease of use and comfort after application.

This summer, Vichy Laboratories is introducing a new melting emulsion with special Wet Skin technology, which provides high protection against UVA and UVB rays even on wet skin.

The main advantage of the emulsion is that it can be applied not only to dry, but also to wet skin. The melting texture allows the product to be quickly absorbed without leaving white marks on the body. Another plus is water resistance. The main “players” in the formula:

  • sunscreen Mexoryl XL;

  • vitamin E (antioxidant);

  • mineralizing Vichy thermal water, which, thanks to its special composition, moisturizes and soothes the skin, as well as strengthens its own antioxidant defense.

A nice bonus is the refreshing effect. Just what you need for a hot day. Suitable even for sensitive skin.

The tool is presented in two versions: with protection factors SPF 30 and SPF 50.

Sun protection two-phase spray

Sprays are a well-known form of sunscreen. But there were no two-phase among them yet.

Healthy-Food recommends trying Vichy’s groundbreaking sunscreen, the Bi-Phase Spray. We haven’t seen this yet. Vichy released sprays with three diverse additional effects at once:

  1. moisturizing;

  2. antioxidant;

  3. tanning activator.

  • very light texture;

  • full protection against all types of solar radiation (A and B).

All products consist of two phases:

oily – 48% (includes sunscreen and vitamin E); one – 52% (contains Vichy thermal water, which has antioxidant properties).

It contains beta-carotene, which, due to its orange color, helps to give the skin a more even tone.

Due to the optimal hydrator, which is hyaluronic acid, the product moisturizes the skin for up to eight hours.

Rules of application

Using the solar spray is easy and simple: apply the product on clean skin, or on wet skin, immediately after bathing. The algorithm of actions is as follows:

  1. shake the spray before application to mix both phases;

  2. spray the product on the body and face;

  3. gently blot the skin with your palms, let the sunlight soak in;

  4. don’t forget to update protection regularly.
