Areas of work

work out at home

Practice soft gestures every day for 20 minutes: first, finger gymnastics, then wrist flexibility (eights), then gestures with the whole hand.

Rip Movies

Choose 20 gestures from movies and practice them so that they look similar. Gestures should be fluid and regal.

Develop a habit

Remind yourself at least 20 times a day to gesticulate gently. You can set reminders.

Practice soft touch

During the day, at least 20 times when you want to take something, remind yourself of gentle gestures and take this item in your hands very gently and carefully.

Statistics:

Every day:

  • Worked at home for at least 20 minutes
  • Practiced gestures from films
  • How many times a day did you consciously launch soft gestures
  • How many times a day consciously gently took objects

Once a week:

  • How many gestures from films worked
  • Evaluation of soft gestures
  • Assessing how gentle gestures have become a habit

Exercise Requirements:

  • Practiced soft gestures at home for at least 18 days out of 21
  • Launched soft gestures 7 times in the first week 7 days out of 20
  • In the first week, 7 days out of 7 gently touched objects 20 times
  • Completed at least 20 movie gestures in total
  • In the third week, the assessment of soft gestures is at least 8
  • In the third week, the assessment of how soft gestures have become a habit is at least 8
