Wear rubber gloves before starting work. Combine all the ingredients and try to squeeze the mixture into a lump. If it crumbles, add a little base oil. Tamp the mixture thoroughly into small molds. After 1–2 hours, carefully place the bombs on a clean sheet of paper and let them dry even more. Store bombs in cling film.

You can take a soda bath while lying or sitting. The duration of the procedure is 20 minutes. During this time, you can lose up to two liters of liquid through sweat! Do not rinse after the soda bath. Put on a warm robe and wrap yourself in a blanket. You can take a shower only after an hour.

The effectiveness of soda baths will increase significantly if you take short walks in the fresh air before the procedures.

In order for soda baths to bring only benefits, you must follow some rules.
