Washing your hands with soap for 30 seconds is the best way to cleanse. Hands should be washed after returning from the street, before and after going to the toilet, before and after eating, before self-care procedures (manicure, makeup). If during work there is contact with chemical agents, soil, or you are caring for an animal, it is advisable to use gloves.

The question about the sanitizer is essentially asked: this is a remedy for an emergency. So are antibacterial wipes. They should only be used when it is not possible to wash your hands under running water.
How to properly use a sanitizer? Are there any rules, features?
In order for the sanitizer to be truly effective, it is important to follow a number of rules. It can not be applied to dirty (for example, soiled with earth) and wet skin – only to dry, previously cleaned with a damp cloth. And then the antiseptic must be rubbed for 15 seconds until completely dry. And do not forget that the frequent use of sanitizers can cause increased dryness of the skin of the hands.
But hand washing can also contribute to dry skin. What to use?
Indeed, frequent washing can break the protective barrier of the skin, dry it out, which will inevitably lead to discomfort.
