Smoothie – what exactly is it?

Smoothie (from English. Mild) to a drink made from a combination of frozen or fresh fruit mixed with juice, most often orange. The consistency of the drink resembles a milkshake (the popular “sheikh”), but differs from it because it does not contain dairy products. Ice cream is usually not added to the drink.
