Today, even a novice cook can learn how to smoke chicken on their own, for this it is enough to study the original manuals in electronic magazines or watch the corresponding videos on YouTube. Each hostess is able to bring something of her own into the cooking process, turning it into a signature gastronomic delicacy.

Not everyone has a kitchen equipped with a special smoking installation, so food flavors of a characteristic brown color and a smell of smoke are very popular among ordinary people. Among other things, the so-called “tar” or “smoked” Chinese tea (for example, the Lapsang Souchong brand) is often used in home cooking. A beautiful, appetizing color to the finished carcass will be provided by a sugar or honey crust.

Prepare chilled or frozen chicken for cooking: rinse in running water, pat dry and rub the skin and interior with soy sauce. Leave to marinate overnight in a sealed container on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

While the chicken is soaking in the sauce, make the marinade for smoking. For him, you need to prepare the following products:

– smoked tea (1 tablespoon); – unsweetened natural honey (1 tablespoon); – soft butter (3 tablespoons); – red pepper (on the tip of a knife); – curry to taste.

Brew tea in a glass of boiling water and let it brew for 15 minutes. After that, strain the brown liquid with a distinct smoke smell through a fine sieve and mix with a little soy sauce and bee honey. Introduce the resulting mixture into the chicken carcass using a special syringe for stuffing, and treat the skin with oil.

For her, you need to grind 1 teaspoon of tar tea and beat with a piece of softened butter, spices and seasonings (pepper, curry or other additives as you wish). Pour the rest of the marinade over the chicken, sprinkle with curry and bake in the oven at 200 ° C. After an hour and a half, the dish will be ready.
