Smart ottoman: the design of the future

RoboStool has three modes of operation: autonomous, controlled and “pursuit mode”. In autonomous mode, on the call of the owner, he arrives at any point in the house for a signal from the remote control, and in “pursuit mode” he follows the owner everywhere, avoiding obstacles. The robot ottoman moves on three wheels, one of which is the steering wheel.

From a practical point of view, this invention may not be particularly useful and functional, but the RoboStool project has quite a lot of potential and may well become a starting point for creating “smart furniture”. After all, you must agree that a coffee table or a bedside table with a TV, which is at the first call of the owner, can be very useful and convenient.
