Slimming treatments complement a healthy lifestyle, physical activity and diet. They are made to accelerate metabolism, break down adipose tissue, reduce cellulite and stretch marks, lift the skin and improve its elasticity. Obtaining a satisfactory effect usually requires a series of such treatments.
In order to qualify even for non-invasive slimming treatments an interview with a specialist is necessary. He can find out about contraindications that will make it impossible to perform a given procedure.
Approximate prices of slimming treatments
- Lymphatic drainage helps with swelling, improves metabolism and helps fight cellulite and fight fat deposits. It can be performed manually in the form of a massage or by a lymphatic massage device. The price of lymphatic drainage depends on the method, body surface and office – from 50 to 150 PLN at a time.
- Body wrapping is a slimming treatment applied to the entire body or its individual areas. It has an anti-cellulite effect, accelerates fat burning, moisturizes and firms the body. Lymphatic drainage with body wrapping is also performed. The price of one body wrapping is about PLN 50-140.
- Ultrasonic liposuction is a minimally invasive procedure that does not require cutting or puncturing the skin. It is recommended for reducing body fat, fighting cellulite, stretch marks and atrophic scars. Used on the legs, buttocks, hips, abdomen and back. For one visit, we will pay a minimum of PLN 60-160 for one body part. A single treatment for several parts of the body is priced higher, prices start around PLN 150-250.
- Injection lipolysis consists in injecting the problematic parts of the body with a substance that dissolves the residual fat deposits. It is effective for people who want to model selected parts of the body or seek help in fighting a little overweight. The cost of injection lipolysis ranges from PLN 100 to PLN 500 per ampoule, with a minimum of three or five treatments recommended.
- Endermology is an effective way to slim the body and rejuvenate the face. It is a vacuum massage valued at an average of PLN 50-180 per visit.
- Cryolipolysis works by cooling down the tissues and freezing out fat cells, which are then metabolized by the body. At most, a few treatments are performed at appropriate intervals – for one we will pay from 200 to 700 PLN.
- Radio waves are used to combat cellulite and shape the figure, including the waist, buttocks, abdomen, thighs and arms. It is also used to smooth the face. One RF treatment is valued at around PLN 100 for a small area (around the eyes, hands) or PLN 230-300 for the entire face, for example. A cycle of 5 to 10 treatments is recommended.
- The Exilis treatment is a combination of radio waves and ultrasound, which effectively reduces body fat and rejuvenates the skin. The price of the Exilis treatment for several key areas can be PLN 400-700, while for one part of the body we will pay about PLN 150-200.
- The slimming capsule is an exercise equipment, the key element of which is a vacuum-generating chamber. In this way, you can exercise on a treadmill or stepper, taking advantage of the benefits of this technology that accelerates fat burning. One training session in a slimming capsule costs about PLN 25-35. About 10-20 treatments are needed to obtain a visible effect.
- The HIFU treatment uses high-energy ultrasounds, thanks to which it shapes the body and smoothes the skin. Performing the procedure on a small area (forehead, chin) costs about PLN 400-600. The price of a face lift may vary from PLN 1500 to PLN 4500. The price of the HIFU treatment for other parts of the body can range from PLN 1500 (e.g. for the front of the thighs) to PLN 6000 (for the abdomen or sides).
- Electrostimulation is an effective body shaping treatment, but it is also used as an element of physical therapy. The price of an electrostimulation treatment in a private clinic may be about PLN 50-200.
- Lipodermology is a body massage performed with a vacuum head. One vacuum therapy treatment costs an average of PLN 80-100, with a minimum of 5-10 treatments recommended.
It is worth remembering that one-time visits to the specialist responsible for the slimming procedure are usually more expensive than the full treatment package.
