Slimming sea salt
They say that life originated in the ocean, whether it really was so, science is not known for sure. But it has been proven that “seafood” can make life much easier and solve many problems – for example, relieve stress and cellulite.
One of the most important marine treasures is salt. It is obtained by evaporation from seawater, so it contains all its main “bonuses”. By the way, it is estimated that there is enough salt in the seas and oceans to cover the entire land with a layer 30 meters thick. Just imagine, this is about the height of an eight-story building!

It is very simple to prepare it:
- pour water (temperature should not exceed 37 ° C)
- stir 300 g of sea salt and soak for 10-15 minutes
- take a warm shower and wrap yourself in a terry robe
Such regular “immersions”, in combination with the subsequent massage of problem areas, noticeably improve skin tone and even out the relief. In addition, such a procedure calms the nerves, relieves stress and fatigue, and saturates the body with iodine.

To do this you will need:
- a glass of sea salt from a pharmacy (preferably shallow)
- a teaspoon of aromatic oil (lavender, peach, patchouli, rosemary – your choice)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Mix everything until smooth, let it brew for 20 minutes, then mix again and apply with massaging movements, starting from the legs and gradually going up.
