Recipes for simple slimming cocktails

1. Cocktail with radishes

  • What do you need? A bunch of fresh radishes, kefir, a pinch of salt, dill and chives
  • Health properties: radishes contain only 16 calories per 100 grams. In addition, they contain large amounts of vitamin C and vitamin B6 or K. Radishes also contain folic acid.
  • Preparation: Wash the radishes and cut them into cubes, while the chives and dill, after washing, chop finely. We throw the whole thing into one dish, add kefir and a pinch of salt there. Mix and serve as desired, garnishing with e.g. a dill leaf.

 

2. Tomato cocktail

  • What do you need? 3 medium-sized tomatoes, half a celery stalk, fresh basil leaves, pepper and salt
  • Health properties: tomatoes are real vitamin bombs, and at the same time they are almost non-caloric. We will find in them vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, PP, and in addition, the set includes phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, calcium, potassium and iron.
  • Preparation: blanch and peel the tomatoes, then chop them slightly and add them to the blender. Then grate the celery and add it to the mix as well. To this we add 4-5 leaves of fresh basil, salt and pepper as desired. We mix everything.

 

3. Fruit cocktail with mango and orange

  • What do you need? 1 mango and 1 orange
  • Health properties: in mango, as well as in the orange itself, we will find vitamin C. In addition, we will provide ourselves with adequate amounts of vitamin B1, B2, PP as well as potassium, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium and iron.
  • Preparation: peel the fruit, remove the seeds from the mango. Cut into large pieces and add to the blender. We mix everything. If the cocktail is not sweet enough, you can add a teaspoon of honey and mix for a while.

 

4. Slimming cocktail with forest fruits

  • What do you need? 2 tablespoons of fresh currants and 2 tablespoons of fresh blueberries, lime, pomegranate
  • Health properties: This cocktail has cleansing properties for the body. It will support the body’s detox and weight loss. It contains a lot of fiber, vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6 and PP. In addition, it also contains health-promoting antioxidants. We also find in it zinc, selenium, sulfur, copper, iron, calcium and phosphorus. And only a few dozen calories.
  • Preparation: wash the fruit thoroughly, add the blueberries and currants to the blender. Squeeze all the juice from the lime and pomegranate and add to the whole, and then mix to obtain the consistency of a fruit cocktail.
