Cinnamon with honey for weight loss: recipes
Cinnamon is commercially available in the form of hard sticks or in powder form as a spice. The most convenient way to consume cinnamon for weight loss is to make tea with honey and cinnamon. You can dip a hard cinnamon stick into the tea, stirring it with honey, or you can sprinkle it with cinnamon powder, as is often done in cafes. Buy cinnamon powder and sprinkle it on coffee or add it to tea when brewing in a kettle. Cinnamon can also be added to baked goods. But still, to speed up the metabolism, nutritionists recommend using cinnamon in drinks.
Convenient recipe – 1 tsp add cinnamon to tea with honey or juice. You can also add a teaspoon of ground ginger and a pinch of ground black pepper to it. You need to drink such a drink immediately and once (250 ml) in two days.
The most effective for weight loss is considered to be the use of cinnamon with honey in the morning on an empty stomach. 30 minutes before breakfast, drink a glass of hot water, after dissolving 0,5 tsp in it. cinnamon and 1 tsp. honey.
Before drinking such a mixture, insist it for 30 minutes, or better prepare it in the evening, put it in the refrigerator and drink it without warming up in the morning.

in 250 ml of low-fat kefir add 0,5 tsp. cinnamon and the same amount of ginger in powder form, you can add another pinch of red pepper;
take 300 ml of low-fat kefir, add 5 grated peeled apples, and whisk the mixture in a blender. Finally add 1 tsp. cinnamon, stir.
Slimming cinnamon tea
You can also make tea from drinks with cinnamon for weight loss. The easiest recipe is to add 1 tsp. cinnamon powder in a teapot with green or black tea. There are also such recipes:
brew black tea, pour into a mug not to the brim, add milk and 0,5 tsp. cinnamon;
you can brew tea with the addition of cinnamon and honey, or just make a decoction from 1 liter of hot water and 1 tbsp. cinnamon, and when it becomes room temperature, add 2 tbsp. honey.
