“Hello dear ladies. I’ll tell you my story. In the spring of 2013, my weight almost reached 103 kg. I was tormented by shortness of breath, my legs were swollen, my back hurt, and at night I snored loudly. I hid my figure behind spacious things and cheerful laughter. And at home she seized up her stresses and worries. Fortunately, FitCurves, a club for ladies of the fair sex, was opened in my residential area (Yubileiny). My sister Laura supported me and went with me to the first diagnosis at the club. I really liked the motto of the club “No men, no mirrors, no makeup”. Workout 30 minutes and close to home, what else do you need? I made a decision – I will walk! And the result was not long in coming. In 1 month (12 workouts) I got rid of swelling in my legs, back pain and 3 kg 840 g of body fat. The further – the steeper.

“In a year I got rid of 17 kg 700 g of body fat and 77 cm. My loud and terrible snoring escaped me. My muscles are toned. I went to nutrition school, where I was taught to eat healthy and tasty foods correctly and in a balanced way. A dream appeared in my life – to become a coach in my favorite club. Today I continue to work on my figure, I have a new goal – another 15 kg. By the way, I am already a coach in our club.
