Sinulan Forte is a dietary supplement containing plant extracts. Sinulan Forte supports the work of the upper respiratory tract and thus contributes to an increase in breathing comfort. Due to the fact that it contains substances of natural origin, it also supports immunity. You can buy it over the counter. It is in the form of coated tablets – packages of 30 and 60 are available on the market. Sinualn Forte is not a reimbursed drug.

The preparation helps in the treatment of sick sinuses. It has a beneficial effect on the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract and modulates the body’s immunity. It helps the sinuses to clear up and makes it easier for the sick person to breathe. The drug is intended for adults and children. For the preparation to work effectively, the recommended dose should not be exceeded.
The drug supports the immune system, which plays an essential role in fighting infections. In what doses should Sinulan Forte take?
The drug is intended only for people who are not allergic to any of its ingredients. It should not be taken by children under 6 years of age. The recommended dose for children over 6 years of age – 1 tablet a day; recommended dose for adults – 1-2 tablets a day. Sinulan Forte is recommended to be consumed with a meal – the drug is better absorbed by the body when it enters it with food.
Sinulan Forte – composition
The preparation contains substances of natural origin that affect its operation. Belong to them:
- Andrographis paniculata leaf extract – is an annual plant native to Asia, growing mainly in China, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Its most valuable ingredients are neoangrafolide, andrographolide, saponins, flavonoids and sitosterols. The plant has an antioxidant effect, helps regulate appetite, strengthens immunity and protects the liver. It also has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antimicrobial properties.
- elderberry extract – elderberry is one of the most popular plants used in natural medicine. It contains many flavonoids, phenolic acids and organic acids, sterols, oil, tannins, mineral salts and triterpenes. Thanks to them, it has diaphoretic, antipyretic and diuretic properties. Elderberry extract improves the elasticity and tightness of the capillary walls.
- small-flowered mullein flower extract – a drug known in herbal medicine for diseases of the upper respiratory tract and biliary tract, also used in the treatment of menstrual disorders. It contains flavonoids, tannins, saponins, mucus compounds that have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, bactericidal, diuretic and anti-inflammatory effects. Mullein helps in treating inflammation of the bronchi, especially when there is a lot of mucus in them.
- gentian root extract – it is obtained from yellow gentian. It causes an increase in appetite, salivation and gastric acid secretion. What’s more, it also has choleretic and choleretic properties and, in part, strengthening properties. It helps in the treatment of hyperacidity and peptic ulcer diseases of the stomach or duodenum. Gentian root contains glycosides, alkaloids, sugars, acids and triterpenes.

Sinulan Forte – contraindications
Some diseases may be contraindications to taking the drug or changing the dosage. Sinualnu Forte, like any dietary supplement, should not be treated as a substitute for a healthy diet. When using it, do not exceed the recommended dose and do not give the drug to children under 6 years of age. The preparation does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and operate devices.
Consult your doctor before taking this medicine during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Nevertheless, the use of the preparation in these cases is not recommended. There is no information that would prohibit the use of Sinulan Forte with other medications, but also in this case it is worth going to a specialist for clarification.
