The secret of her success is simple and contains only four components.
Bonnie Stamer weighed 105 kilograms four years ago. She lived in the English village of Saunton in Devon, worked as a DJ. But work ceased to be a pleasure, because Bonnie had a complexion about being overweight.
“I was a DJ for several years, but because of my weight I became insecure, I was close to quitting music and going to work in a supermarket. I was not overweight until I got pregnant with my first child. I ate literally everything then. Yes, I enjoyed the food, but it took a toll on my weight. After giving birth, I tried to get back in shape and become myself, but six months later I became pregnant with my second daughter, and everything happened again, ”the girl says.
Having reached the 105 kilogram mark, constantly feeling a sense of insecurity, Bonnie Stamer decided to turn her life around. She started exercising 6 times a week and switched to healthy foods.
“I needed an incentive to get myself in the right state,” said a 35-year-old girl.
During the preparation for the race, she managed to reduce her weight to 76 kilograms.
She did not stop at this result and continued to study. She now weighs 53 kilograms. In addition to his favorite work as a DJ, he moonlights as a model. When she saw an advertisement on local TV about recruiting models to advertise wedding dresses, she took a chance and sent in her application.
“This was my first paid job as a model. After that, several photographers came to me, so I appeared in several magazines, including for tattooed models, ”- it seems that Bonnie is still surprised at her success herself.
The girl’s success only grew over time. Bonnie was named Model of the Year in September by the UK Glamor Awards. When she found out about the nomination, she did not tell anyone, because she did not believe that she would ever be able to come close to victory. But it happened, she was crowned.
The secret to her success, Stamer says, is a good mood, exercise, a healthy diet and plenty of water.
“I still train 6 days a week,” Bonnie admits. – One day I try to rest, but I still have to actively run after the children. Sometimes I get up at 6 in the morning and train with 27 kilograms of weights on. Many people say that this is a lot. Actually no, it is much less than what I wore on myself when I was overweight. My goals have changed a bit, but now I want to keep my career as a DJ and a model. Fortunately, they both go hand in hand. I also want to be just happy and healthy. “
