25-year-old Nyusha Shurochkina, the owner of a sweet voice and the idol of millions, has always been famous for her athletic body. But at a recent concert in Rostov-on-Don, fans noticed a couple of extra folds in the singer’s waist. But it is unlikely that Nyusha stopped taking care of herself, most likely, the too tight stage costume is to blame.
Earlier, Nyusha admitted to Woman’s Day that eating and not getting fat is her dream. But, alas, the reality is that, having eaten a cake before going to bed, the beauty forces herself to do push-ups 20 times later.
“The Shurochkin family is very athletic,” Nyusha said in an interview. – From an early age, choreographer and co-producer Oksana Shurochkina, my dad’s second wife, has been studying with me. At home, we did general physical training, so I could teach it myself. From the age of 11, Oksana gave me dancing and stage skills. Thanks to her, as a child, my health improved and I began to look better. Until now, everything that the audience sees on stage, we do together with her, and singing and dancing at the same time is not as easy as it seems.
I try to constantly follow the regime and play sports. Because performances and travels are more difficult to withstand if you lead a passive lifestyle. I work out in the gym with a trainer and each time I increase the load. I advise absolutely everyone to work out in the gym with an individual trainer, because otherwise you can seriously harm your body. It is better to ask the trainer once again – what speed to set on the simulator or how many times to do the exercise, than to spend months on stretching treatment later. Those who have been to my concerts understand that one performance replaces two or three good workouts in the hall. Therefore, on tour, I try to get enough sleep and do not rush to the gym. During long tours, I adhere to the fitness program prescribed by the trainer. Even in a hotel room, I try to do some kind of exercise and work with my weight – pulling up, pumping the abs or doing twenty push-ups. You have to pay for happiness, therefore, girls, throw off the kilograms eaten right there – run, walk in the fresh air and do push-ups! “
