Singer Gluk’oZa told how her day goes

Rise

– I often accompany my daughter Lida to school, so I have to get up at 7 in the morning. On other days I wake up at 9-11 o’clock, then sports, brunch, vocals, English, some household chores, filming or concert fees.

Charging

– I do yoga or Pilates three times a week. These classes begin at 10 am.

Breakfast

– About 11 o’clock in the morning. Sometimes at 8-9 o’clock in the morning, depending on the plans for the day. The perfect breakfast is not on the run, when you don’t wake up at the alarm clock. And in the circle of loved ones. I have a light breakfast – yogurt, muesli, fresh, cereal. No sandwiches. Often on my table there are cheesecakes or pancakes. I love pancakes with jam, and morning is the perfect time for them.

Useful work

– I work all the active part of the day. Standard scheme: in the afternoon – filming and interviews, in the evening – a concert. Often I return home long after midnight, so I allow myself to wake up at 11 in the morning.

Dinner

– Anywhere – at home, in a restaurant or in a film studio. I always take a snack with me, because I think that starving is absolutely impossible. I eat in small portions, but often, 5-6 times a day. I love to eat in the company.

Reading

– I do not read books every day, but I definitely take a book with me on tour. Social networks, on the other hand, are an integral part of my life. Relatives swear because they often see me with a phone in their hands.

Leisure time

– I try to give it to my family, and then to friends and various new hobbies.

Dinner

– At 20 o’clock. More often I have to have dinner outside the home, so I try to intercept someone in the city from my friends who, like me, wait out traffic jams (I live outside the city).

Retreat

– After midnight. I try not to use my phone before going to bed. I take a shower, a bath, wash my face … But the most important thing is if both me and my husband Sasha are in Moscow to chat to their hearts’ content before bedtime.
