Pear makes you fat?
No more than any other fruit eaten in excess. Fruit is a source of simple carbohydrates, so you should not overdo it. It is also a source of fruit acids, i.e. malic acid, citric acid, essential oils, fiber, pectins and vitamins: A, B1, B2, B6, C and PP.
Raw pears, however, should not be consumed by people with sensitive intestines and biliary tract diseases.

Herbal salad dressing 4 g
Manufacturing method:
- In a frying pan, heat a teaspoon of honey, a tablespoon of vinegar and 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Cameralize the nuts in this until they are golden brown. Set aside to cool.
