After peeling the onion, chop it finely, add to a deep bowl of minced meat and stir. After that, pour in the egg, salt and pepper and mix well again. Leave the mixture with minced meat to stand for fifteen to twenty minutes. Finely chop the spicy herbs and grate the cheese on a fine grater. Then grease the muffin tins with vegetable oil, sprinkle the sides and bottom of the tins with bread crumbs.
Fill half the volume of the molds with the minced meat mixture, pour 2 teaspoons of grated cheese and a little chopped greens on top of each of them. On top of the molds, put another layer of mass with minced meat and gently grease it with sour cream. Place the meat cakes to be baked in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
