Simple yeast dough with rhubarb
Ingredients: 3 cups of whole wheat flour 1,5 cups of coconut milk 2 packets of dried yeast (7 g) 1/2 cup of cane sugar 1 kg of rhubarb (there can also be other fruits)
Manufacturing method:
1. Peel rhubarb, cut it, sprinkle with sugar and set aside for an hour.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients well, leave to rise (double the volume).
3. Put the dough into a baking tray, put the rhubarb and set aside to rise again.
4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Cocoa cake with strawberries
Ingredients:
2 cups of whole wheat flour 2 eggs 1 cup of buttermilk 1/4 cup of olive oil 5 teaspoons of stevia 2 teaspoon baking powder 4 tbsp cocoa 1 cup of strawberries
Manufacturing method:
1. Mix all ingredients and put them into a baking tray.
2. Put the strawberries on top.
3. Bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees C.
Wheat and rye cake with pears
Ingredients:
2/3 cup of rye flour 2/3 cup of wheat flour 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons of stevia 1 / 3 oil glasses 1 packet of natural yoghurt 2 teaspoon baking powder
2 large pears 2 flat teaspoons of cinnamon
1. Mix all ingredients and put into the baking tray.
2. Cut the pears and put on top, sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees C.
A simple cake with any kind of fruit
Ingredients:
2,5 cups of wholemeal flour 2 tablespoons of potato flour 1 / 2 oil glasses 1/2 cup of cane sugar 4 eggs 2 teaspoon baking powder 500 g of fruit (strawberries, plums, etc.)
A method of preparing:
1. Grate the sugar with the yaks, add the rest of the ingredients, put the dough into a baking tray.
2. Put the fruit on top.
3. Bake 50 minutes. in 170 degrees C.
A piece of fruit cake can be a great snack during summer picnics. There is no need to buy ready-made cookies or wafers for this occasion. We can prepare delicious and healthy sweets ourselves.
