Did you know that we can survive much longer without eating than without sleeping? To achieve this, we suggest that you participate in the dream workshop led by psychologist Belén Colomina, an expert in mindfulness. In it you can learn everything that will allow you to achieve a daily deep and restful sleep, and you will also know one of the tools that can alleviate and improve these symptoms: the meditation.

Where, when, who and how
The #wellbeing workshop dedicated to promoting a restful sleep will be guided by Belén Colomina, who is a Gestalt psychologist and psychotherapist and an expert in mindfulness. A meditation instructor and professor at the International University of Valencia, she designs the audio-guided meditation sessions that are published on ABC Bienestar every Sunday.
In addition, the attendees will take a pack of well-being gifts of food, cosmetics and health protection products with which the eight collaborating firms, Mathub, Atlantia, Idawen, Natruly, Abbot Kinney’s, Linwoods, cupper y Komvida, will help attendees to continue taking care of themselves at home both inside and out.
We remind attendees that they should come with comfortable clothes and that this #welfare workshop will be held following a Covid security protocol with reduced capacity and reorganization of distances. In addition, all those attending the activity must apply hydroalcolic gel and remain with the mask on at all times.
