Sibirskaya Korona is one of the three main brands of SUN InBev. Thanks to its high quality and properly organized advertising, Sibirskaya Korona beer has gained popularity in all regions of Russia for several years. Under this trademark, both varieties with tastes familiar to the consumer, and original beer, designed for sophisticated connoisseurs, are produced.

Historical reference. Beer “Sibirskaya Korona” was created by technologists of the Omsk plant “Rosar”. It was first presented to the public on City Day in 1996, at a celebration in honor of the 280th anniversary of the founding of Omsk. The drink made a splash, and the very next day, customers began to look for it in stores.

A year later, three of the five varieties of Siberian Crown received gold medals at the Beer-97 competition in Sochi. In 1999, when Rosar became part of the SUN InBev company, at the same competition Siberian Crown won the title of Perfection itself, 3 gold medals and the Grand Prix.

The Sibirskaya Korona brand has become synonymous with quality for beer lovers. In 2007 and 2009, she won the title of “Brand No. 1 in Russia”.

The new owners quickly realized what a gem they got and how important it is to keep it. Therefore, strict quality control of products has been established in production. In the manufacture of beer, only the best German, English and American hops are used.

The range of the brand is constantly updated with new beers. The latest novelty is the Siberian Character series, which consists of 4 types of beer: pale and rye ale, stout and unfiltered wheat beer.

Due to legal restrictions, it is quite difficult to advertise beer in Russia. Therefore, SUN InBev invests heavily in the creation of viral videos for posting on the Web. The director of several of them, united by the motto “All for the Siberian Crown” and the “imperial” entourage of the century before last, was Timur Bekmambetov. David Duchovny was invited to play the lead role in the 2-minute video (according to unofficial data, the filming cost the company $1,5 million). A commercial with Duchovny was watched by 4 million people in the first 1,7 days.

Types of beer “Siberian Crown”

“White” – unfiltered pasteurized beer with a strength of 5,2% and a density of 12%. The taste is dominated by wheat tones.

“Classic” – light pasteurized beer with a strength of 5,3% and a density of 12%. Intense hop aroma is effectively combined with a slight bitterness on the palate.

“Strong” – light pasteurized beer with a strength of 8,3% and a density of 18%. In the manufacture of the drink, 2 varieties of English hops are used: Citra (with a citrus aroma) and Chinook (with intense bitterness and astringent smell of needles).

“Light” – pasteurized beer with a strength of 4,9% and a density of 11%. Spicy hop bitterness gives originality to the soft taste of the drink.

“Golden” is a light pasteurized beer with a strength of 4,2% and a density of 10%. The taste of the drink is light and refreshing.

“Three Hops” – unfiltered pasteurized beer with a strength of 5% and a density of 10,9%. The drink is brewed from 3 varieties of hops: English Golding with a floral-citrus aroma), German Hallertauer Tradition (with a fruity-herbal smell), American Summit (with intense bitterness and citrus aroma).

“Lime Flavored” is a pasteurized beer drink with a strength of 4,7% and a density of 12,5%.

“Non-alcoholic” – light pasteurized beer with a strength of 0,5%.

Series “Siberian character”

“Altai Wind” – aromatic pale ale (IPA), strength – 5,6%, density – 13,5%. The drink is fragrant with aromas of cedar and mountain herbs, malt-caramel tones dominate in the rich taste.

“Taiga Brown” – stout with a strength of 5,5% and a density of 14%. 6 varieties of malt are added to the wort, thanks to which the drink acquires a creamy taste with a touch of roasted coffee.

“Amur Nrav” – rye ale with a strength of 4,5% and a density of 12,5%. Rye malt gives the drink a spicy aroma and taste of homemade bread kvass.

“Polar White Ale” – wheat unfiltered beer 4,9% and a density of 12,5%. Coriander is added to the must, which gives the drink a spicy aroma.
