Method of preparation
Borscht is cooked in the usual way. Beans, pre-cooked, are placed in borscht 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking. You can add garlic pounded with salt to borscht (3 g net per 100 g borscht). Meatballs are poached separately in broth and put into borscht when on vacation. Borscht can be released with the addition of boiled ham, 20-30 g per serving according to columns I and II. In this case, the weight of the meatballs is reduced by 50%. Garlic, mashed with salt, is introduced simultaneously with spices.
