We highlight the space called “SIAL INNOVATION” , which constitutes a commercial platform to highlight the most innovative products and its participation is open to all exhibitors at the fair, at no additional cost.
The restoration in the focus of the program
The world of foodservice it will be perfectly represented within the different activities that the SIAL Fair in Paris has already completed.
The healthiest, artisan and revolutionary trends in the kitchen, will be represented by the most prestigious chefs on the world scene, led by the French chef Joel Robuchon, that will reel off and provide the increasingly demanded by the general public, innovative recipes for a modern kitchen.
The novelty of this year is the award that will be awarded to The Best Talents in Gastronomy, in which professional chefs and sommeliers from all over France will participate. The competition or contest is organized by the network of professional experts in poultry services (Le Cerce)
Throughout the five fair days, the French Chefs Association and the Paris Ferrandi Culinary School will participate as collaborators and assistants in the elaborations that will be developed by the chefs awarded with Michelin stars who participate in La Cuisine.
This is the act of the program in which renowned international masters of cuisine will prepare a variety of preparations using as ingredients the products selected by SIAL Innovation, who participate within the framework of innovative products exhibited at the Fair.
