Raw frozen uncut shrimps are slightly defrosted in the air and boiled in boiling salted water for 5-10 minutes. Boiled shrimp is cut into pulp. Boiled-frozen ready-to-eat shrimp is enough for 1 pack (100 g.). Eggs are boiled, the yolks are separated from the protein and chopped separately. To prepare the sauce, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, tomato paste (ketchup) and egg whites. Put the shrimps in a glass, pour prepared sauce, sprinkle with egg yolk and chopped herbs. The edge of the glass is decorated with a thin circle of lemon. The number of products is designed for 4 servings.
