In the premenopausal period, with debilitating uterine bleeding and during menopause, it is recommended to take a decoction from a shepherd’s purse. To prepare it, you need to take:
– 1 tablespoon of dry herb, shepherd’s purse; – 1 glass of water.
Pour a glass of boiling water over the dry grass shepherd’s bag, wrap the dishes well and leave for 2 hours. Then strain through a gauze filter and drink a tablespoon 4 times a day. The infusion should be taken half an hour before meals.
With uterine bleeding, a more concentrated infusion is prepared. For him you will need:
– 2-3 tablespoons of dry grass, shepherd’s purse; – 1 glass of water.
Grind the dried herb of shepherd’s purse and pour the required amount (2 or 3 tablespoons) with a glass of boiling water. Insist for 2 hours, then strain and take the prepared infusion 3 times a day for 1/3 cup.
To make an astringent hemostatic decoction, you need to take:
– 1 tablespoon of dry herb, shepherd’s purse; – 1 glass of water.
Pour a glass of boiling water over the chopped dry herb of shepherd’s purse. Then put on a low heat and cook until the volume of the liquid is halved. After that, cool the broth, strain and in case of uterine bleeding, take this remedy for a teaspoon 3 times a day.
A very effective traditional medicine for uterine, renal and pulmonary bleeding is the following remedy, which you need to prepare:
– fresh herb juice, shepherd’s purse; – cold boiled water.
Dilute fresh juice squeezed from the grass shepherd’s purse with cold boiled water in a 1: 1 ratio. Take a tablespoon 3 times a day.
Some believe that the juice from the crushed and squeezed plants of the shepherd’s purse, which must be taken in 40-50 drops per tablespoon of water, acts faster and more efficiently. This remedy is also good for diarrhea and rheumatism.
