And the actress Shannen Doherty, who played one of the main roles in the acclaimed series of all teenagers, deserves a separate discussion.

Shannen was born into a family far from acting, but dreams of fame and cinema from childhood haunted the girl. In addition, Doherty’s appearance was distinguished by brightness and originality, in which she owes much to her roots, because English, Scottish and Irish blood flows in her veins. Parents, fortunately, supported their daughter in her desire to conquer show business, and at a young age Doherty got her first cameo roles. Youth and hard work took their toll – soon Doherty got her first big role in the drama show Our Home. This was followed by major work on television in the series “Private detective Magnum” and “Air Wolf”. However, the young actress, as we know, received the greatest popularity and love of the audience thanks to the role of the teenager Brenda Walsh in the TV series “Beverly Hills, 90210”. But Doherty’s tough nature led to disagreements with co-stars and Aaron Spelling, which resulted in the girl leaving the series until its finale.
However, in the future, Shannen was able to find a common language with Spelling and got one of the main roles in the mystical TV series Charmed. It should be noted that this role returned the lost popularity to the actress, and she was again talked about in the world of cinema. However, the woman here could not restrain her ardor and again quarreled with her colleague Alyssa Milano. This time, they say, the two beauties could not share the actor Julian McMahon, who played a negative role in the project. Controversy and endless aggressive attacks led to Doherty being forced out of the series after three rather successful seasons.

The entire history of the American actress looks more or less successful and eventful. But for six years now, the once bright and beloved Doherty has been struggling with an insidious disease. In 2015, Shannen spoke about her terrible diagnosis – breast cancer, which, due to illiterate treatment, led to metastases in the lymphatic system. The actress steadfastly endured mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. It was painful to look at Doherty’s photograph of that time: the scarf on her head replaced the once luxurious hair of the actress, the haggard look betrayed a seriously ill woman, in whose eyes one could read sadness and at the same time fortitude. It would seem that the disease was defeated and Doherty returned to her usual life, but a year ago the woman said that, despite all her efforts, oncology returned again and immediately to the fourth stage. We can only hope that the care of her husband, the love and attention of her fans will help Shannen overcome this terrible illness and return her former beauty.
