Reality: the shampoo is designed for sensitive scalp, which is what I need. The composition contains vitamin PP, which restores the balance of the scalp and refreshes the hair. The shampoo has a very pleasant delicate aroma. After washing my hair for about a week, I noticed that my hair became strong and almost stopped falling out. The shampoo fully copes with its tasks and even reduces the sensitivity of the scalp. The entire length of the hair is moisturized and beautiful.

Reality: over the past few months, I have tried so many things, because I was sure that nothing would help me.

Hair became thicker in structure, shine appeared. I noticed that they began to lend themselves better to styling. Moreover, with the beginning of the “season of hats” I did not wash my hair more often than usual (once every 2-3 days). Isn’t that what we expect from a good hair wash?

Reality: the smell is pleasant, a bit like a man’s perfume. When applying it, it takes quite a lot, but this is rather a plus and speaks of the naturalness of its components. Since the abundance of foam is determined by the content of special active substances – surfactants (surfactants, or, as they are also called, detergents), and they are harmful to our hair and skin, therefore, medicinal shampoos often foam just badly, which means that these substances there is very little in them.

After the first application, the hair becomes smoother and easy to comb. The drop is reduced by approximately the 5-7th cast. This time I managed only with shampoo, without a vitamin complex, the shampoo coped with the task. The only thing, after washing, my scalp itched slightly. Most likely, some components did not suit me. Overall a good shampoo that fulfills its function and promises 100%.

In general, I try to pour less unfamiliar products on my head – this way you can save money and nerves. But then I trusted our beauty editor, who assured me that the hair would definitely stay in place and even begin to fall out less.

Reality: the label indicates that these are natural certified cosmetics from Estonia and this organic shampoo is suitable for absolutely all hair types. By the way, the volume of the bottle is 500 ml, so the product really lasts for a long time. For a whole month I washed myself only with them and, I want to note, I have not even used up half of the tube. The product perfectly washes hair and dries the scalp a little, regulating the sebaceous glands. Therefore, this is just a godsend for those with oily hair. But for those who have dry hair, this shampoo must be used together with conditioner, otherwise there is a chance to dry it even more.

Another pleasant bonus for me was the scent – a light, unobtrusive scent of lavender. Therefore, one could imagine that one was somewhere in Provence, the aroma was so perceptible. If we talk about its direct purpose – to fight hair loss, then during the use of the amount of remaining hair on the comb has been significantly reduced. And the curls themselves became soft and obedient. I even gave up using a hair dryer and an iron, deciding that I needed to give my hair some rest.

And most importantly, it really works. Let’s see what comes out this time.

Reality: Keraplant Energizing Bath, Lisap Milano has a very pleasant invigorating scent of menthol. It lathers perfectly and cleanses the scalp well. The shampoo, in my opinion (as well as the opinions of many Internet users that I have read), copes perfectly with the problem of falling out. Not right away, of course. But after a month, the use of strands on the comb has become much less. I did not measure the length of the hair with a ruler. But I noticed new regrown hair at the roots.

– I trust Garnier products, for me, this is one of the few budget brands that show a decent result. For example, their sunscreens can compete with luxury products, just like some creams. Therefore, I often find products of this brand on my shelf.

Expectations: shampoo is attractive for its ingredients: castor oil is famous for its strengthening properties, almonds are known for nourishing and restoring hair, making it more elastic, shiny and durable.

The manufacturer promises the following result: hair is stronger from the roots, thicker to the touch and looks healthier. They also regain their beauty and strength day after day.

My hair is very dry, especially in winter, it constantly needs good care and extra hydration with oils. According to the manufacturer, Garnier botanic therapy should be able to cope with the task on its own.

Reality: the product fit me 100%. Hair is manageable, shiny and looks healthier. Even after blow-drying, the tips don’t seem to need oil. Although I believe that it is better not to neglect this if there is no desire to see the cutting ends after a while. At home I had several products from the same line, a balm and a mask, which also proved to be excellent.

Evaluation: 10 of 10 for excellent value for money! Garnier continues to delight me.

Despite the fact that my hair is thin and undyed, I chose this particular product from a rich line, as my scalp is very sensitive and often very dry.

Reality: after the second application, I noticed a cool result. Firstly, irritation and itching, which in my case are frequent companions of hair loss, have ceased to bother me. There is much less hair left in the hand during the shampoo. Yes, and in general, each time I was more pleased with the result. Of course, it was impossible to completely stop the loss of Sim Sensitive No. 2, but I was quite satisfied with the result. What was especially pleasing, the hair began to grow more actively and more: the hairline had a nice undercoat after a month of use. I advise you to use this shampoo with a mask of the same brand – Oil Cure Hair Mask. It is a peeling that also helps to solve scalp problems and hair density.
