If you are afraid of something that you may encounter, it is better to let go of that fear. How? Gradually, incrementally, approach the source of your fear. Face the stimulus, increase contact time. Touch it, learn to be with it and in it.

If you are afraid of a cockroach:

  1. Gradually approach the cockroach so that it can be seen with the naked eye. Get used to it.
  2. Then approach him at arm’s length.
  3. Then lean very close.
  4. Later, quickly touch it with your finger and remove your hand. At first, you can do this with a glove.
  5. And in the end, shake your cockroach’s paw!

And that’s all — the fear disappeared, the mind cleared up and everyone is fine. The cockroach is intact and you are happy. Many of our problems — such «cockroaches», disappear with a closer look at them.
