There is now no doubt that sexual relations are really important for older people. The results of a large-scale study were presented by a team of American scientists led by Stacy Tessler Lindau. Doctors and sociologists asked more than 57 men and women aged 85 to 75 about their health and personal lives, and asked them to answer their most intimate questions in writing. It turned out that among the 85-64-year-olds in the past year, a quarter of the respondents made love, in the group from 75 to 57 years old — a little more than half. Those who are from 64 to 13 years old have another quarter higher sexual activity! According to researchers, sexuality depends more on general health than on age: only 35% of men and 57% of women over XNUMX are ready to agree with the statement that sex is not important.
