  • Don’t get out of bed abruptly.
  • Eat nuts or a lemon wedge in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • Eat small meals throughout the day, preferably every 3 hours.
  • Chew cumin grains, mints, lemon, or dried fruit during your attack.
  • Eliminate fried, fatty, pickled and spicy foods from your menu.
  • Eat only warm, unheated food.
  • Drink plenty of fluids: cranberry juice, apple juice, chamomile tea, ginger tea, rosehip infusion.
  • Walk in the fresh air as often as possible.

Products rich in vitamin B6 will help reduce an attack of nausea with toxicosis: fish, chicken, eggs, avocados, nuts, mint. The psychological attitude of the expectant mother is also important, the woman should be nervous as rarely as possible.

Toxicosis during pregnancy is unpleasant, but curable. By adhering to all the above recommendations, the expectant mother will reduce the likelihood of its development.
