How to eliminate pregnancy fatigue?
To maintain tone and cheerfulness, take the following measures:
- You need to try to get enough sleep every day. The body recovers most intensively in the period from 21:00 to 00:00 hours.
- You need to adjust your diet. It should contain vegetables, fruits, fresh juices, dairy products – everything from which you can get as much vitamins as possible.
- A warm bath with aromatic oils will relax at the end of the day. You can use sea salt to soak your feet. At the end of the procedure, the feet are rinsed with cool water. This is an excellent remedy for relieving fatigue if your feet are literally burning at the end of the day.
- You will get more energy if you do a light set of exercises for pregnant women in the morning. Exercising will keep the body in good shape.
- Try to walk in the fresh air as much as possible.
